• Area tours – to familiarize you with different communities and identify neighborhoods of interest.

• Home finding assistance – representation through home search, purchase or lease, and beyond.

• Settling-in support – especially helpful to foreign nationals and those whose new career opportunities leave them with limited time.

• Selling your current home – assistance with selecting a local, knowledgeable real estate professional in your current area through our extensive network of referral partners.

2 Step Two — Leaving Colorado

Selling Your Home: We will select an experienced WK Real Estate associate to assist with the sale of your home. Our associate will provide a thorough market analysis, a marketing plan, an informed pricing strategy, and staging information. They will facilitate showings, field inquiries and offers, negotiate contracts, and manage the transaction from listing to closing. If needed, we can recommend several exceptional household goods moving partners and assist with temporary housing.

We’ll select the best partner company and agent in your new area and help oversee your home buying or renting process to ensure you receive the same breadth and quality of service you expect from WK Real Estate.

4 Step Four — U.S. Military on the Move

Through our affiliation with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network, WK Real Estate is proud to give back to those who have served by offering a unique program to US military service members that are active duty, retired or have Wounded Warrior status. When moving with the direct assistance of WK’s Relocation Department, and with verification of eligibility, qualifying service members can receive a substantial rebate or credit at closing on the purchase or sale of their home, in states where such practices are allowed. 1 Step One - Pre-Decision & Lump Sum Services

Pre-Decision Services- WK Relocation can play an integral role in any corporation’s recruiting and on-boarding processes, either in coordination with a relocation management company, or as an extension of a corporation’s human resources function. These services include:

• Personalized needs assessment and counseling

• Tours of suitable prospective areas

• Cost of living analysis and community comparison information

• Customized relocation information and resources

• Market analysis of the current home if needed

If a candidate or employee’s current home is out of WK’s service area we can coordinate with an affiliate partner in the departure location to determine home value, probable marketing time, and any other challenges related to potential departure.

Lump Sum Assistance – Employees often need assistance with relocation information and resources, regardless of their benefits package. WK Real Estate’s largely complimentary relocation services support the employee through the process, which alleviates stress, reduces time spent on relocation activities, increases efficiencies and productivity, and ensures that the employee uses their funds most effectively. When a company offers an employee a lump sum, WK can help coordinate the move from start to finish.

2 Step Two — Destination Services

For employers that want to help relocating employees adjust to the area we can help! Employees who decide to purchase a home will be matched with a relocation-trained associate to identify potential properties that meet their individual criteria, show properties, submit and negotiate contracts, and manage the transaction from contract through closing. We also offer:

• Area orientation tours

• Customized relocation materials and cost of living analysis

• Rental and temporary housing assistance

• Assistance in evaluating and selecting mortgage services

• Thorough screening process to ensure the associate working with you and your team is the best fit

3 Step Three — Departure Services

For employers that need to support employees moving out of the area our experienced relocation team makes the process easier. For companies that prefer to administer their own relocation policies we can help…

• Develop a competitive policy based on industry norms coupled with the unique needs of the corporation’s employees and organization.

• Design and implement systems and procedures to engage employees in the relocation process with communication pieces and/or information sessions.

• Select and coordinate household goods moving and find temporary housing through our extensive network of local and national temporary housing providers.
