Lew Kingdom

Chairman

 

Lew is a founding partner of WK Real Estate. Since the early 1970's, Lew has been actively involved with the Boulder Area Realtor® Association serving as President, Chair of the Grievance Committee, member of the Board of Directors, and various volunteer positions. His other professional association responsibilities have included leadership positions with Information Real Estate Services (IRES), the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for northern Colorado and as Director of the Colorado Realtor Association. Lew is a recipient of three of the most trusted and recognized professional designations as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), and NAR's Green Designation (GREEN). These designations are awarded to less than 5% of the Realtor® population. Lew's community involvement includes serving as a Director and Chair of the Boulder Urban Renewal Authority, Trustee for the Boulder Community Hospital, bank board member, and several volunteer leadership positions within the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, including Chairman.

Dan Kingdom

President

 

Dan is the third generation to call Boulder home. Dan joined WK Real Estate in 1994 as a Broker Associate. For the next many years Dan excelled working with buyers and sellers. He developed a strong sense of customer service and worked tirelessly to provide the best professional service possible. In 2008, Dan became a part owner of the company and joined the management team. His “can do” spirit is a valuable addition to the team. In 2016, Dan became the Managing Broker, and assumed overall responsibility of WK Real Estate. Dan is a big CU Buffs fan and enjoys sports of all types. He also enjoys fly fishing and participating in various basketball and softball leagues. Dan has contributed in many ways to the industry and community activities.

Mark Reuter

Executive Vice President

 

Mark serves as Executive Vice President at WK Real Estate. In this role, he works closely with agents to help them achieve their goals and the life they dream about. Mark has been selling residential real estate in Boulder County since 2000 and owned his own office for several years. Now, as a non-competing Broker, Mark guides new and experienced agents alike as they help their clients buy and sell property. Mark is dedicated to providing exceptional service. With a wealth of real estate experience, he has negotiated countless real estate contract issues, and brings that expertise to WK. He prides himself on staying mindful of the latest issues affecting the Colorado real estate market. He has taught the annual real estate update course for several years and teaches contracts classes as well. Mark brings his lifelong passion for teaching to his role and enjoys coaching agents as they grow their sales and business development skills. Mark is a Colorado native who grew up in South Denver. He and his wife Maggie have three adult children and fully embrace all that living in Colorado has to offer.

Craig Cowley

Longmont Office Sales Manager

 

Craig is a lifelong Boulder County resident. Living in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette and Longmont communities. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School and has been serving the Real Estate needs of Northern Colorado for over 25 years. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of his work. Craig joined the WK management team in 2010 as manager of the Longmont office. His leadership has allowed WK Longmont to excel in client service and be a market force within the local Longmont and adjoining communities. Craig many credentials, both industry and community attest to his commitment of service.
