WK Real Estate Honored At LeadingRE Conference Awards' Gala

Every year our WK staff and agents have the opportunity to attend an international real estate conference hosted by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) and Luxury Portfolio International®. This selective group of over 2,000 real estate professionals span 25 countries on six continents. Educational sessions include topics such as the global economy, changing consumer demographics, evolving technologies and marketing strategies, and home and lifestyle trends. The relationships fostered at this conference allow us to be confident that, no matter where they move, our clients will receive the same exceptional quality of care and service that they receive from our own WK Real Estate associates and staff. The brokers we refer aren’t just names at a company, they are people we know and trust to take care of our clientele.  

This year, as in years past, we received a variety or awards and nominations at the annual awards gala. We are deeply honored for this recognition, especially after our significant 2016 rebranding project. Our new, updated marketing approach is already proving to be enormously successful, allowing us to sell homes faster and more effectively than ever.

1. Pinnacle Award – Top company with the most broker-to-broker outgoing revenue-generating or equivalent closings in 2016 – received for the 3 year in a row

2. Crown of Excellence – Highest point total earned from 4 referral performance categories – received for the 4th year in a row

3. Outgoing Referral Production – 1st Place – number of outgoing referrals placed per associate

4. Equivalent Closings Sales Production – 1st Place – outgoing sales volume/agent per associate using average network sales price

5. Luxury Portfolio Marketing – 1st Place – outstanding marketing pieces promoting our affiliation with Luxury Portfolio International
