What an exciting time at ECON2015! This year's theme, "A Network of Relationships" couldn't have been more perfect, as members of the Enterprise Network gathered for education and team building. Booj took the stage and discussed awesome PR, marketing and online strategies as well as new and upcoming features to our platform.
Day 1 Recap
Wil Reynolds, Co-Founder at Seer Interactive shared advanced retargeting tactics and tools for achieving online marketing goals. Katelyn Shields, Inbound Marketing Lead at Booj discussed the evolution of online marketing over the past year and gave insight on where the future of search is heading as well as long term strategies for content creation. An expert panel of network members shared the successes they’ve seen in content creation, social media campaigns and community involvement at both the brokerage and agent level. Tyler Olmsted, Product Manager at Booj discussed how to build brand loyalty and how to leverage the right channels for marketing your edge effectively to both agents and customers.
Day 2 Recap
Mark Steward, Vice President of Technology at Baird & Warner, shared tactics Baird & Warner implemented to ensure processes and time spent on projects are optimized for efficiency. Ryan Wedig, Director of Mobile Development at Booj, demoed Booj's latest mobile apps and revealed what’s in store for future app development on the Booj platform. Angelica Polen, Director of Project Management at Booj, and Tyler Olmsted, Product Manager at Booj, role played how today's agents use the tools on the Booj platform on a day-to-day basis to gain a competitive edge.
Panel: Training + Implementation A panel of network members took the stage to discuss what they look for in an ideal trainer, how they encourage agents to participate in their training program, and how they leverage the Booj Learning Management system to increase adoption. As one of the first members on the Booj platform, John and the Wright Kingdom team discussed the evolution of the Enterprise Network from a customer perspective and how we can build an even stronger community moving forward.
