At The Post, their motto is "Hot Chicken Loves Cold Beer!" The Post has been featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network's Diners Drive-Ins & Dives, who said that their fried bird is better than the rest! Crispy, juicy, Colorado-style fried chicken, that just happens to be gluten-free! After years of research and tinkering by chef Brett Smith, their chicken is cooked with a unique recipe that is sure to delight.
Since opening their first location in Lafayette in 2014, The Post Chicken & Beer has opened 7 locations all along the north-south corridor between Denver and Fort Collins, with spots in Boulder, Longmont, and Estes Park.

Most locations start serving their hot chicken and cold beer at 11:30AM, and stay open until 9:00PM. Check with your location for specific hours.
