The Grove at Cottonwood in Broomfield is a ground-breaking facility—the first neuro-inclusive facility on the northern Front Range to offer independent living for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Grove will offer 40 units, including one and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes, in a protected community that features sensory-friendly, trauma-informed design tailored to the unique needs of IDD individuals. Residents will have access to an on-site concierge, community amenities and shared spaces that foster connection and autonomy. Developed by the Broomfield Housing Alliance and Blueline Development, and awarded a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Grove at Cottonwood is designed to be permanently affordable for low-income IDD adults. The Grove should be completed and ready for pre-leasing in mid 2026.
