WK Real Estate has announced the addition of Broker Associate Liz Benson to its Boulder Office.
Liz has been working in real estate in Boulder since 1992. She has extensive experience in buying and selling homes and investment properties throughout the county, including urban, suburban, rural and mountain properties. Her focus is on making the process run smoothly and providing clients with all of the expertise and advice they need to make a successful move.
Having lived here for decades, she is happy to share the knowledge she's gained from sending her daughter to area schools from pre-school to high school, both public and private, plus how to navigate the Open Enrollment process. Or, if clients are interested in recreational opportunities, the arts or other local activities, she can help with ideas and connections in those areas as well. In her spare time, she likes to take on DIY home remodeling and decorating projects. She is also a bit of a Hawaii fanatic having been there numerous times.
