It's been said that real estate isn't a career, it's a lifestyle, and this has certainly held true in Ina's experience. She was raised in a "real estate family" in Austin, Texas, where she learned the foundations of the industry: sales, marketing, lending, and title. As a real estate professional, Ina has been involved with purchases, sales, investments, 1031 exchanges, property management, permaculture development, and land deals.
Ina's undergraduate education at Naropa helped her develop the skills to authentically listen to her client’s needs; and her time in graduate school at CU Boulder taught her how to most effectively research, negotiate, and advocate so her clients get the best deal possible. Ina enjoys analyzing and distilling the most recent data for her clients, so that they understand current market conditions (they change weekly), are clear on their personal goals, and confident in the strategy they devise together for their success.
In her free time, Ina enjoys hiking or swimming with her dog, bicycling, reading, volunteering, and snowboarding. She's passionate about her duties as a member of the Board of Directors of Boulder Food Rescue, a local non-profit that redistributes fresh, healthy produce to folks who need it.
