Fall is here, and just like the rest of the Front Range, WK Real Estate loves to celebrate community events during this time of year. It seems like there is always something fun to do, taste, explore, and more as we gear up for “pumpkin season.”

Mapleton Hill Porchfest
September 19, 2021
Free event where dozens of local musicians play and sing on the quaint porches of historic homes in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood.
Studio Arts Chili Bowl
September 19, 2021
Chili Bowl is Studio Arts Boulder's annual fundraiser. Chefs from local restaurants come together to compete in a chili competition. Guests get to taste chili with the puchase of a bowl. And, once you’ve chowed through your chili, take a look at all the beautiful, handmade pottery for sale.
Bluebird Music Festival
September 25 - 26, 2021
Join us at the historic Macky Auditorium, for a must-see music fest featuring acts like City And Colour, Molly Tuttle, Jade Bird, Otis Taylor, and more. Be sure to check the website for information on tickets and safety. Additionally, there will be a silent auction this year, featuring donated, signed memorabilia from bands and musicians including Wilco, The Lumineers, Phish, and more.
Chautauqua Events Series
Sept - October 2021
Steep Canyon Rangers, Dawn & Hawkes, and more return this year for Chautauqua’s entertainment series. featuring concerts, silent movies, theater, dance, forums and family events at the foot of the Flatirons. Running on weekends Sept 18 – Oct 31 is “Dracula, Death of Nosferatu,” a great family play that starts at 3:00PM each Saturday & Sunday afternoon.
CU Buffs Football Season
September 3 - November 26, 2021
Of course, there is always… FOOTBALL!!!
Tickets are still available! Watch the CU Buffs compete on beautiful Folsom Field.
Boulder Farmers Market
Wednesdays & Saturdays on 13th Street between Canyon and Arapahoe
Saturdays, April 3 - Nov. 20, 2021 (8am - 2pm)

Open Studios Tour 2021
October 2-3, 9-10 and 16-17, 2021 from Noon – 5PM
Three weekends, 145+ artists, and a ton of creative fun! Boulder artists open their homes and studios to the public for a unique and intimate arts event that spans three weekends.The “Studio Tour” is their flagship event, being run since 1995. Check out the Artist Catalog to decide which studios you want to visit, and the 2021 Tour Map will be available soon.
First Bite: Boulder's Restaurant Week
October 8 - 17, 2021
More fun for Foodies! Try some new Chef-curated, prix-fixe (fixed price) meals at some of Boulder's best restaurants, plus preview Tours with Local Table Tours and a dessert competition. There are currently 32 restaurants on the list to showcase their best bites, so you’re bound to find something to suit your taste buds!
CU Family Weekend
October 14 - 17, 2021
CU Boulder welcomes families of students for a fantastic football game (vs Arizona Wildcats), an on-campus 5K run/walk, educational sessions and more family fun.
6th Annual World Singing Day Boulder
Oct. 16, 2021 @ 1:00PM
Free community sing-along where people of all ages, backgrounds, and singing abilities are invited. Popular songs, from the Beatles to Taylor Swift will be sung and lyric books provided. No rehearsals or preparation needed. Just show up, and sing from your heart!
Indigenous Peoples Day
October 11, 2021
Each year, “Indigenous Peoples Day takes place as part of a national effort to recognize and honor the existence, culture and contributions of the original inhabitants of North America.”
This year, the Dairy Arts Center is hosting Levi Platero Band for a concert, and holding a Creative Nations fashion show on Oct. 9.
Munchkin Masquerade
October 31, 2021
Each Halloween, Downtown Boulder is invaded by tiny ghosts and goblins, dinosaurs and dragons, fairies and princesses, superheroes and animals of every size for trick-or-treating along Pearl Street. While things are getting back to an “open” state downtown, we are still unsure of the finalized plans for the Munchkin Masquerade. Quoted from the BoulderDowntown site: “As county and state regulations begin allowing for more activities, the Downtown Boulder team will carefully and thoughtfully bring back some beloved community events.” We’ll have to see if that includes our ghastly ghouls and goblins this Hallows’ Eve.
Boulder Bach Festival
October 23, December 17th & 19th, May 12-15, 2022
A series of Bach-focused and inspired concerts, symposia and educational events for the musically inclined. Performances are held at Longmont Museum Stewart Auditorium & Broomfield Auditorium. Tickets are still available.
