Wright Kingdom is excited about our newest addition, David Vincent. We've had David fill out the series of questions below to help you get to know him a little better.
1. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
Real Estate drew me in for a number of reasons, but probably chief among them is it is a business where you can constantly expand your knowledge and experience. No two transactions are exactly alike, and every person you help and every property you sell is another opportunity to learn. It can be exciting or relaxed (a relative term in this business), frustrating or satisfying, but it is never boring!
2. How long have you been a Realtor/broker?
I was first licensed as a broker associate in Colorado in 2005. Prior to that I managed rental property and worked as an unlicensed assistant. My first real estate gig was in 1997, when I started preparing marketing pieces for Cindy Maynard (now a fellow colleague).
3. Do you specialize in any particular type of property/area?
Although I have worked in Denver, Westminster, Broomfield, Larimer County and all over the Boulder area, I would say that Gunbarrel is my home turf. I grew up in Gunbarrel Estates and I try my best to keep my finger on the pulse of the market in that particular area. I have listed, sold or previewed the majority of homes that have been on the market in the last 8 years in Gunbarrel Estates, Gunbarrel North and Homestead. I also have lived and managed rental property in the Wimbledon Condominiums near CU.
4. What brought you to Wright Kingdom?
Wright Kingdom is a great company to work for. Most people don’t fully understand the amount of time and energy needed to be successful in this business. Wright Kingdom offers a level of administrative support that allows me to focus on better serving my clients. I have worked for a national chain franchise before, and I find that the independent home-grown nature of Wright Kingdom allows the company to react faster to changes in the market and developments in the technology available to the public and to agents.
5. Do you have any hobbies/interests?
Like many people native to this part of the world, I love the outdoors. I am an avid snowboarder and enjoy hiking the Colorado back-country in search of some perfect un-touched powder. In the summer my family and I go camping every chance we can get and love to explore the great 4 wheel drive trails in Colorado and Utah. I have also been known to hop on a mountain bike from time to time!
