Denver
Block 21 offers both on-demand videos and live streamed classes. Choose between their signature, body, and perform classes. Classes are only offered to members- click here to view their membership options. They do have a new member introductory offer- try 2 classes for the price of one!
Bodies by Perseverance now offers their in-person classes on demand! They specialize in weight training, HIIT, boxing, functional training, athletic training, and transformations. This gym loves hard work, encouraging others, and challenging its members to give over 100%. Actual on demand classes can only be viewed by members- click here to view their membership options.
Workout anytime, anywhere with The Barre Code's on demand classes or choose to participate in live stream classes. Class options include barre, mommy & me, kickboxing, and bootcamp and are only accessible to members. Membership options do vary, so click here to view their packages. The Barre Code also offers its members the option to purchase class props to make your at home workouts better. They do have a new member introductory offer that only applies to in-person classes.
Get a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within from The barre3. Boulder
The City of Boulder is offering many of their classes in a virtual option. Choose between yoga, cycling, barre, and a number of other classes. Classes are only available to members. Virtual memberships are monthly and is $30 for Boulder residents or $38 for non-Boulder residents and include access to over 20 livestream classes per week. Click here to become a member.
Get fit on the fly with Crunch Boulder's online workouts that are inspired by some of their most popular classes. Choose from yoga, kickboxing, dance, and a full body bootcamp. CU Boulder's Recreation Services is offering a number of ways for people to stay healthy and engaged. From the comfort of your home, partake in positive intention meditation, live or pre-recorded fitness classes, or even just a short stretch break to keep yourself moving throughout the day. Their page is updated with new videos frequently so make sure to check back often. All of these classes are free to the public in addition to CU students, staff and facility. Kondition is dedicated to keeping its members safe, which is why they recently launched Kondition Kollection- an online platform that houses their on demand videos and livestream content. Challenge your limits with Mecha's innovative HIIT and next-gen Pilates workouts. They offer classes focused on cardio, resistance, or a combination of both. Radiance Power Yoga hopes to create a vibrant and inclusive community that empowers each and every person to discover their brightest and most authentic expression everywhere and with everybody. Shred's method is designed to create stronger, more efficient bodies by combining dynamic running technique drills with high-intensity intervals to safely and effectively increase neuromuscular efficiency and aerobic capacity. When you can't come to the studio, Yoga Pod Boulder can bring the studio to you! They are now live streaming over 70 yoga classes each week over Zoom to help you transform your body, elevate your mind, and open your heart from the comfort of your home. Longmont
Work out with the YMCA of Northern Colorado virtually with live streamed classes. Choose from yoga, Pilates, barre, cycling, and so much more. Please note that the Les Mills classes are only available to members. Or if you can't hop on live to a class, they developed a library of favorite fitness classes available on YouTube. Enjoy the convenience of working out in the comfort of your home. Live streamed classes include Zumba, barre, pilyoga, and more. Class options are only available in a weekly format- meaning you will pay for 1 full week of classes. They are the same classes each week. Residents of Longmont will pay $10 for each week and non-residents will pay $12.50 per week.
Bring Breakaway's fun and encouraging environment to your home with their library of on demand and livestream classes.
