Last week the state of Colorado issued a “Stay at Home” public health order effective March 27th at 11:59pm through April 11th. At the time, the state public health order declared Financial and Professional Institutions are “critical businesses” and included “real estate appraisals and transactions” in that category. With this latest mandate our agents and staff can perform some real estate functions as long as social distancing guidelines are followed.
Real estate transactions can continue to take place although they may look a little different for a while! Day by day the real estate landscape evolves. Be assured that WK Real Estate continues to adapt and change with it.

WK Real Estate Policies and Procedures
WK Real Estate will continue to adhere to the safety protocols currently recommended by the CDC, the Colorado, Boulder, Longmont and other applicable local Associations of Realtors® in our services area, as well as all local, State of Colorado and Federal government entities. We continue to prioritize the safety of our clients, associates, and staff above all else, as we have always done. We will uphold the intent of all official orders to minimize the exposure of the public to the greatest extent possible.
Our physical office is now operating under restricted hours, and most of our staff will support our associates and clients via remote work plan for the time being. They are fully set up to access our company resources and systems. Our entire WK team is committed to delivering the high level of service our clients expect.
We continue to evaluate what activities are truly necessary and are in keeping with the letter and spirit of the public health order.
