Alas, it’s the first day of Spring! I love this season and strive to remember balance today. Equinox is after all about equal light and dark, day and night, Yin and Yang, etc. In this adventure we share in a world of dualities, it’s nice to explore the fine line in between where everything is “both” and nothing, all at the same time. The rich space where winter meets spring, light meets dark and the unknown starts to emerge.
Ask yourself if you have balance in your life today. Do you have as much time to relax and play as you do to work? Do you stop and think about what seeds of intention you planted during the winter that you will harvest in the summer? I am smiling as I turn my face to the warmth of the sun and the knowledge that we have persevered through another dance in the dark.
