Rhythm on the River is a two day family friendly summer event that has been a long time Longmont favorite! It's filled with great food, amazing local entertainment, and kid-friendly activities. WK Real Estate is proudly sponsoring the free shuttle services from the Fairgrounds parking lot to Roger's Grove. Here is the full list of events to partake in!
Wonder-FULL: Activities for Youth presented by Longmont Library (5pm-9pm Friday and Saturday)
The Longmont Library has provided Harry Potter themed activities and their book mobile for children of all ages.
Artful Experience (5:30pm-9:30pm Friday and Saturday)
Join Happy Space Studios for Craft & Sip in the Artful Experience tent to create one-of-a-kind wall hangings (for teenagers and adults only).
Outdoor Adventure Land (5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday)
Experience this too-cool-for-words adventure in the upper parking log. Kayak or paddle board in a swimming pool, climb to new heights on the climbing wall, or challenge your skills on the Ninja Warrior course.
Home Depot (5pm-8pm Saturday)
Adults and their children can build and decorate wooden toys together.
Roger's Run 5k: The Greenway GLOW! (7:30pm Friday)
The 5k race sponsored by UCHealth is the highlight of Rhythm on the River. Dress up in your favorite glow and party apparel to run, walk, or dance your way through the 5k. After the race is finished, join the glow-tastic party!
Kinetics Parade on the Pond (5pm Saturday)
Wear your favorite costume and join in on the fun watching the human-powered, all-terrain art sculptures created by Longmont Kinetics on the pond.
St. Vrain Rotary Duck Races (6:30pm Saturday)
Support local charities by purchasing rubber duckies for $5 and get the chance to win cash prizes.
Musical Entertainment (5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday)
Enjoy music from local artists such as, Taylor Shae, Buckstein, Write Minded and more at the Grove and Sunset stages.
