The St. Vrain Greenway is ready to glow again this year for the Roger's River Run 5k event! The 5k has always been a highlight attraction during Rhythm on the River and starts the weekend off with a family-friendly race. Bring your glow-in-the-dark party attire to this evening race sponsored by UCHealth.
Registration
Early registration is open through July 11 at 1pm and will officially end on the 12th at 7:15pm. There are three ways you are able to register for the event. The registration form can be printed and mailed to the City of Longmont. Register online at the City of Longmont website, the Active website, or the Race Entry website. Or register in person at the Longmont Rec Center, St. Vrain Memorial Building, Centennial Pool, or at Rhythm on the River from 6pm-7:15pm.
The event costs $20 for adults (15 and older) and $15 for youth (14 and younger) and seniors (60 and older). A $2 additional family member discount will be provided for those who choose to register early, with a maximum of an $8 discount. On July 12th, the registration fee will increase to $25 for adults and $20 for youth and seniors.

The race starts at 7:30pm
Check in for the race from 6pm-7:15pm at the registration desk and receive your race day shirt and running bib. Get in the glow-in-the-dark spirit with face paint provided upon check in! The race will begin at 7:30pm across from the Boston Ave parking lot and will end at Roger's Grove. Click here to view the map of the course.
Prizes
After the race, head over to the amphitheater stage for the award ceremony. The Wild Game will be sponsoring the prizes for 1st and 2nd place in the 14 different age categories for both males and females, as well as the overall male and female awards.
