The market is healthy and growing, just not as much in the $2M+ range! The total volume over $1M is up just under 4% from last year, but the number of units is up 17% from last year. As a result the average price is currently $1,462,662 compared to $1,644,151 last year. Units sold over $2M are flat at 14 units for both 2015 and 2016, while the volume in this category is down significantly, by just over 20%. Volume and units in the $1-2M range are up 14% and 19.7% respectively.
