2019 was filled with so many memorable moments, from experiencing Colorado's first bomb cyclone and a second one a month later, to Ralphie V retiring. This year we set out to share #theWKway with those around us and we're happy to say that we achieved our mission. So what exactly is #theWKway?
It means providing excellent customer service.
Back in March, Longmont Times-Call readers had the opportunity to vote on their favorite places and faces. For the ninth year in a row, we were honored to be awarded the "Best Real Estate Company". We also received the "Best Real Estate Company" and the "Best Customer Service" awards by Boulder County Gold voters for the past 19 years. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and value the reassurance that the public believes so too.

It means putting our community first.
This year, WK agents and staff dedicated their time volunteering with BridgeHouse, Community Food Share, Habitat for Humanity, and Share-a-Gift. Our community is more than just a place. It's our friends and family, it's where we've made amazing memories and will make even more, and it's a place that has shaped us as individuals and professionals. Community is at the forefront of everything that we do at WK, which is why we don't hesitate to give back to it.

It means investing in the future.
Our vision is to encourage the intelligence and passion of our local students, to help them flourish and become the successful leaders and change-makers of the future. Each year, the WK Real Estate Scholarship awards a $2,500 scholarship to two students with financial needs. Applicants must have graduated from high school in Boulder County, Broomfield County, Weld County, Larimer County, Jefferson County, or Gilpin County and plan to attend the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
It means investing in our agents.
To be one of the top real estate companies, it's important to invest in the continuing education of their agents. Throughout the year, we provide numerous classes for our agents to attend and we review local real estate market statistics to keep up-to-date on current trends on a monthly basis. At our annual retreat, our agents are able to attend courses on leadership, trending real estate topics, and more.

It means creating experiences for those around us.
We love seeing families, college members, seniors and everyone in between coming together to create memories that will be cherished. For the past 17 years, we have sponsored the firework display at Ralphie's Independence Day Blast. It's a way to gather community members together to experience something so magnificent. In the Longmont community, we are a sponsor of Rhythm on the River- a large two-day festival that brings people of all ages together to celebrate art, music, and the environment. Our staff and agents bond over several gatherings throughout the year- such as picnics, cookouts, potlucks, and holiday parties.

It means being a reputable real estate company.
Along with our awards from the Longmont Times-Call and Boulder County Gold, we were honored to receive several accolades recognizing our outstanding performance and marketing efforts from the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Annual Conference. Our newly launched website was also recognized by RealTrends for its excellent property detail pages.
