Ingredient lists for "real foods" shouldn't be miles long- and that's just what owner Marcy Miller thought as food science and technology evolved over the last couple decades. Having access to natural, local, and organic ingredients became a priority and a way of life for Mary and her growing family. This is where the vision for creating a locally owned restaurant that sourced organic ingredients developed from. Organic Sandwich Co. has two locations- Boulder and Louisville.
