It may not officially be spring for another few days, but that doesn't mean you can't get a head start on your very long list of spring cleaning. To help get you started, here are a few projects to tackle while the weather is still a little unpredictable.
Cleaning Draperies
Cleaning your windows is a great task when it's nice outside to wash inside and out at the same time. Until the sun comes out, cleaning any drapes and blinds is a great start.
Polishing Countertops
When was the last time you applied polish to your countertops? If it's been a while or something that you've never done, taking a polish depending on the material will help to repeal future stains and restore the shine.
Deep Cleaning Cutting Boards
This one may seem a little weird, but we all know that our cutting boards can start to look a little dingy after a little while. To remove the food stains, run a cut side of a lemon across the board.
Wiping Down Fridge
Shelves and drawers in the fridge can get sticky over time from spills. Pull them out and wash them in warm soapy water to get rid of food bacteria and spillage.
Clean Your Oven
This is something that may not get done often, or even at all, but is it very simple do it. Most ovens have a self-cleaning feature to press and wait for it to finish!
