Looking for ways for your kids to have a memorable and fun week off from school? Whether you need spring break activities to fill up a couple hours during the day or the entire week, here are a wide range of kid-approved options just for the kids or for the whole family to enjoy from camps to hotel stays.

Camps
March 22 to 26 and March 29 to April 2, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Throughout the week, campers participate in theatrical activities including acting, improvisation, dance, music, and makeup, closing out camp with a final production for family and friends. Ages five to 10. $65 per day.
March 29-30, March 31- April 1, April 2, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m
The Denver Zoo hosts a Spring Safari camp for kindergarteners through 5th grade. Twisted tails is the younger camp where the kiddos will uncover fact from fiction as they explore real-life critters beind your favorite stories. For the older kids, the Fantastical Beasts camp will comapre fantastical beasts and fantastic zoo animals to discover why creatures behave the way they do. $62 for 1 day, $124 for 2 days.

Join the Boulder Rock Club for a fun indoor rock climbing experience. Their expert instructors will teach basic safety skills, play rock climbing games, and more! This camp is great for beginners as well as experienced climbers looking for more challenge. $85 per day.
March 15th- 18th, 22nd- 25th, 29th- 1st; 9 a.m- 3 p.m.
Art Spark in Littleton is hosting a spring break camp where kids will have be able to problem-solve, use critical thinking skills, experiment, and invent. Draw, paint, print, collage, sculpt, sew, weave, or tinker around making your ideas happen! $95 per class.
March 22 to 26, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sign kids up for a day or weeklong camp experience exploring the Growing Gardens farm. Each day will be filled with new activities that will challenge its camp members to learn and be curious about different parts fo the growing world. $60 per day, $275 full week.
March 25 to 26, 1 to 3 p.m. and 1 to 6 p.m.
Sign up middle school or high school students for a weeklong professional mentor program. Local professional DJ Musa Starseed will provide students with a proper hands-on experience of developing the skill of DJing and the knowledge of making it a successful business. The course will culminate in a rooftop performance at the Museum of Boulder. $380, full and partial scholarships available for SNAP Card users.
March 6th- 27th, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
This hands-on baking class will teach your teen the ins and outs of baking, with delicious lessons in both sweet and savory goodies. We will focus on a different lesson each week, along with basic baking skills: kitchen safety, knife skills, how to read a recipe, and how to measure ingredients, plus tips and hints that can be applied to any recipe – how to separate an egg, how to whip cream, checking for doneness, piping skills and more. $25 per class.

Through stories and conversation, David Gruber and Diva Amon shine a light on the dark, cold, and mysterious world of the sea. $25 for single stream, or $40 for household stream.

Have an animal-loving kiddo? See if they have what it takes to be a marine biologist. Kids will Help prepare food, feed animals in the exhibits, and learn how the biologists take care of the animals at the Downtown Aquarium in Denver. Classes are divided by age group and occur on different days. $65.

Activities
Kids Ski Free
Why not enjoy some spring skiing? Steamboat offers a free kid's lift ticket if you purchase an adult lift ticket for 5 or more days, or Epic Pass holders get a free lift ticket for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade for Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone with no purchase necessary at all. There's also the 5th and 6th Grade Passport that offers free skiing for children in the aforementioned grades to ski at 23 of Colorado's mountains for free. Plus, even the road trip into the mountains can be part of the fun.
Colorado Railroad Museum
March 30- April 2, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
During spring break, the Colorado Railroad Museum offers a week of special hands-on activities focusing on the railroad’s role in settling Colorado. $10 adults, $8 seniors, $5 kids 2-17.
Visit Museums
You can't go wrong with an all-day excursion to the Children's Museum in Denver where your child can investigate, imagine, explore, and create their way through the 9-acre campus. The Denver Art Museum and The Museum of Nature and Science are also fun places to spend a couple hours.
Hotel Experiences
Located down in Colorado Springs, the Great Wolf Lodge is an all encompassed hotel experience geared towards kids. They are hosting a spring breakout from February 26th- May 2nd where guests can participate in yoga, spring themed arts and crafts, story times, dance parties, and more. The hotel features an indoor water park, a rock climbing wall, bowling alley, ropes couse, mini golf, MagiQuest, mining activities, and an arcade.
