ABCmouse: ABCmouse is an online learning academy for ages 2-8. They are currently offering a free 30-day trial.
Khan Academy: Khan Academy has created a daily schedule packed with self-paced, interactive content--exercises, videos and articles--for students in every grade and in most major subject areas to utilize while school is done online.
Code: This website offers 1 hour coding activities for kids in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
National Geographic Kids: National Geographic Kids offers more than just magazines with cool pictures. On their website you can find science experiments, cool facts about different animals, and fun educational games.
Scholastic- Scholastic brings your kids favorite books alive with fun and educational online games, create your own comics, and even participate in an online discussion on different books. And of course you can order a new book for your kiddo to enjoy.
Fun Brain: Math and reading is more fun with Fun Brain. This website offers educational games for kids in pre-K through 8th grade.
Exploratorium: The Exploratorium isn't just a museum, it's a ongoing exploration of science, art, and human perception. This museum has brought some activities to the internet for kids at home to access. The teachings include topics in art and science, as well as a special section about teaching kids about COVID-19.
BBC History for Kids: Explore ancient history, discover the different countries in the world, and meet famous people all while playing fun and educational games.
Time for Kids: This classic magazine has developed kid focused articles and videos on topics like politics, the environment, entertainment, sports and health.
Duolingo: Learning a new language is fun and easy with games and creative lesson plans. Duolingo allows kids to choose from more than 20 languages to learn.
Highlights Kids: Play, read and craft with animated stories and games or listen to kid friendly podcasts with Highlights Kids. You can even sign up for the monthly magazine.
America's Test Kitchen: Let's start cooking! America's Test Kitchen is filled with simple recipes for kids to help cook. They also have fun science experiments that are cooking related and quizzes to make learning fun.
Breakout EDU: Escape rooms are brought online with Breakout EDU. They have educational games that touch on subjects like science, math, and language arts.
Conjuguemos: Conjuguemos offers free vocabulary, grammar, and listening activities in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Korean, and Latin for students at all levels.
NASA Kid's Club: Pre-K through fourth grade students can learn the ins and outs of NASA's missions using hands-on educational games.
Noggin: Nickelodian has meshed together educational videos and games with kids favorite TV characters for kids ages 2 and older.
PBS Learning Media: PBS Learning Media offers content for kids in pre-K and older that covers science, math, language arts, and more.
Raddish Kids: Find lots of free recipes, activities, and an at-home camp curriculum. They are even giving away 25,000 free cooking kits over next few weeks to kids 4-14!
