Needing a fun activity to do with your kiddos this summer? Joy Park: Outdoor Adventure in Denver will have free admission on June 21st from 4pm-7:30pm, which is perfect for children ages 0 through 8! It features 30,000 square feet of fun, interactive snapshots of different landscaping found in Colorado.
Dip your toes or splash your way through the river canyon or take a bird's eye view on a children's sized zip line. Miniature versions of the Colorado sand dune's are fully equipped with shovels and dump trucks to move sand, dig holes, or create sculptures. Explore the kid sized caves with the mind of an animal or test your brain by maneuvering your way through the mini straw bale maze in the orchid. Feel free to pack a picnic and enjoy some quality family time.
For those who want a little more adventure from above, visit Adventure Forest in Joy Park. It offers rope swings, climbing routes, 70-foot slides, and more for children above 5. It's going to be a messy adventure so make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen, towels, and a change of clothes!
