Christina Bremner’s Real Estate career began in 1994 as a residential appraiser for a large Savings and Loan in Colorado. Her experience as a high volume staff appraiser, led to valuable skills inspecting homes and analyzing market data to determine current market value for thousands of properties along the Colorado Front Range.
In 2001, Christina formed her own appraisal firm in Boulder, Colorado. As a successful small business owner, she learned the importance of great customer service and the power of persistence. In addition, Christina became a REALTOR in 2004, and has utilized her strong appraisal and negotiation skills for her client’s real estate investing and the sales of their residential properties. As a value expert, Christina looks at property features as they compare to other residential properties to determine value and accurately read current market conditions.
Christina’s strong negotiation skills and background help to best guide her clients as buyers or sellers. Now as a full time real estate agent and as a member of the WK Real Estate team, Christina’s sole focus is making the process of buying and selling seamless for her clients.Christina understands that buying a home is not only an important financial decision but it is a very personal one, as your home is not only an investment but a place that you will call home with your family for many years. Christina believes that finding the house within the right community and making the process of selling your real estate investment strategic and without stress is her highest goal.
