Each year the Wright Kingdom team gets together for an annual retreat away from the day-to-day work grind, and off to great education and fun activities. This year's retreat was held at the Estes Park Resort and had a full agenda of informative classes on today's real estate market and self improvement, along with dinner and bowling.
Keynote Speaker and Classes
Bruce Gardner gave an impeccable class on "Getting Listings in a Seller's Market," which provided agents knowledge on how to succeed in today's real estate market additionally earning them 2CE credits. Bruce also presented motivating and eye opening classes, "Breakout! Your Best Year ever!" and "Chasing Greatness, How Ordinary People Live Extraordinary Lives". Lauren Hansen presented, "Latest & Greatest of IRES" which discussed broker tools, strategic directions and current events. We'd like to give a big 'Thank You' to Bruce Gardner and Lauren Hansen for providing such enlightening education for our agents!
Newbie Skit
It is a Wright Kingdom tradition that all agents and staff brand new to Wright Kingdom create and perform a skit for the rest of the company. This year's newbies acted out "An Open House Gone Wrong" featuring a newbie real estate agent getting harassed by your stereotypical characters: the nosy neighbor, the absurd hippie couple, a snobby real estate agent and the perfect... er not so perfect newlywed couple.
Dinner
The Wright Kingdom family had a blast bonding at dinner time. What a wonderful evening in great company!
Bowling
At the end of the night everyone shuttled down to Chipper Lanes for an exciting bowling tournament! It was a beautiful stay in Estes Park. We even got to experience the first snowfall of the season. What a wonderful place Colorado is to work and play, especially with a crowd like the Wright Kingdom family!
