Back in 2000, I was lucky enough to find my true calling in life. After combining my passion for people and properties, I became a Realtor® and love every aspect of my career. I listen deeply, work hard, and diligently pay attention to all the details of a real estate transaction to ensure that my clients have a successful outcome. My intention is to be of service - my clients always come first! It's an honor to be able to assist my clients, whether it be purchasing their dream home, investment property, or selling their existing property so they can start their next path. And of course, laughing and enjoying the journey along the way is absolutely key.
My own journey started in the Midwest and continued in northern California. I settled in Marin County for 15 years, with a year-and-a-half interlude in Italy, before moving to Boulder in 1985. What I thought was going to be a summer vacation turned into a long-term love affair with Boulder and the surrounding areas. My passion for hiking, traveling, good food and cooking are a natural fit for the Boulder area lifestyle. My 2 sons, now grown and living nearby, were born and raised here and love the area just as much as I do.
As a consistent top producer, I have received many awards for exceptional performance. As part of my commitment to excellence, I continually take classes and seminars to improve my knowledge and professional skills in the areas of Real Estate, Finance and Investments.
Following are the designations I have earned:
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, the highest professional designation awarded for Realtors in the residential field. Fewer than 4.5% of Realtors hold the CRS designation. Realtors must have demonstrated professional expertise, have fulfilled high performance requirements and completed advanced education in related areas of finance, marketing and technology.
CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an international designation to agents who have completed the educational requirements and have met the high performance standards in the upper tier market (top 10% of the market.) Trusted primary resource for the buying and selling luxury homes.
GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, is a national professional real estate designation. This is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live instruction from faculty with extensive experience in their own areas of expertise.
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative denotes a Sales Associate who is qualified to provide buyer representation and is familiar with buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues.
CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert, a designation designed to develop the ability to represent and protect clients during each step of a real estate transaction by reviewing the finer points of negotiation strategy and best practices.
SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a nationally recognized course that reviews the special needs of maturing adults and how to better assist them with their real estate needs.
