Biography:

John Hoeffler began his real estate sales career in 1986.  With 24 years experience as a Realtor and an investor, John offers expert service in residential and investment property sales throughout Boulder County. 

John specializes in the Boulder County residential market from Central Boulder to the Foothills, including Louisville, Lafayette,Superior and Longmont.  He has been active in commercial and investment real estate, 1031 tax deferred exchanges,retail and multi-family investments, and repositioning of investments.  John has also participated in residential development projects, in collaboration with some of Boulder’s most respected contractors and architects.  Without fail, John has been evaluated by clients as a Realtor they would use again and recommend to friends and family

Some of John’s achievements include:

• Successful negotiation of more than one thousand real estate transactions
• Built a client base of which 95% are from referrals and repeat business
• Recognized twice in the Boulder County Business Report’s top 10 Boulder County real estate producers
• Named by the Denver Post as one of the top 25 Realtors in the greater Denver area
• Earned the designation of top salesperson in his firm for six years
• Ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide based on yearly sales volume

John has lived in Boulder since 1978, when arrived from Cleveland, Ohio to attend the University of Colorado.  He received an undergraduate degree in Finance there and later an M.B.A, also from CU. He plans to live in Boulder forever.
