About Lisa Fischer - KRES
Lisa's experience in the Boulder market spans from luxury, million dollar+ properties, to small condos, and first time home buyers in the Boulder Affordable Housing Program. Lisa recognizes that buying or selling a home is not merely a business transaction. For most of us, a home is the most significant financial and emotional investment we will ever make. Lisa is intent on bringing service and compassion to each and every interaction. Her business services provide a well-rounded background in professional counseling and coaching along with expertise in interior design and staging. She combines over a decade of experience in the Boulder real estate market, with a graduate degree in psychology, to bring a fresh, holistic approach to real estate.
Lisa has the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and leverages her strong negotiating skills to transform sometimes complicated and stressful transactions with ease, grace and knowledge. In addition, Lisa has extensive experience working with families and transactions in the 55+ housing market, along with a specialty designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Lisa’s goal as a licensed real estate agent is to help all of her clients, from every background, make their real estate dreams a reality.
Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Lisa landed in Boulder in 2001 to raise her two, now college aged, sons. Her undergraduate degree is in interpersonal communications from the University of Montana, Missoula, and she earned a Master's in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis. Lisa has given time to Intercambrio, the Grief Support Network, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers and Sisters, Boulder Valley School District and Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. Lisa enjoys laughter, yoga, hiking, skiing, dancing, theater, the arts, and travel.
For Lisa, family, friends and community are the pillars of her character and it brings her so much joy to be apart of this monumental time in her client’s journey.
