An award winning top producing Realtor and Broker/Manager, Gary has been a Real Estate Professional since 1971. In March, 2000 Gary became a partner in WK Real Estate with co-founders Lew Kingdom and Stu Wright. In 2008 Gary sold his interest in WK Real Estate to once again devote his time fully to sales.
As a former member of PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America), Gary has taught skiing in New York and Colorado. He also enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, cycling, scuba diving, reading, travel, and getting together with friends and family.
Originally from Northern New York, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, and attended the University of Denver Law School. Professional designations include: CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He belongs to the Boulder Area REALTOR® Association (BARA), Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®, and is a Past Chairman of Realtor Ethics and Grievance panels for BARA, as well as a past winner of BARA's Distinguished REALTOR® Award.
Gary consistently contributes to The Children's Hospital Foundation, and is a member of Boulder Flycasters and Trout Unlimited.
Residing in Boulder for almost 30 years, Elaine enjoys the outdoor lifestyle this area has to offer with her husband, Gary and their combined families. She likes to ski, hike, snow-shoe, fly-fish, scuba dive, travel, read, swim with the local Masters group, and get together with friends and family.
Originally from Houston, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University in 1982. After a brief stint in the University laboratory, she recognized her true calling and changed her career path in 1984 to real estate. In 1986 she realized her dream of moving to Boulder. As a trusted real estate advisor, she enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals throughout all life stages. From first-time homebuyers, to retirees (she holds the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation) and investors, she values the process and attention to detail required for success. She has over 200 hours in continuing real estate education; and belongs to the Boulder Area REALTOR® Association, Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
