Biography:

Nick has been a resident of Boulder for 35 years. After graduation from the University of Colorado in 1980, Nick continued his graduate work at the Colorado School of Mines, and work as a geologist for 5 years.

The last 25 years, he has worked as a residential Realtor. One of Nick’s focuses has been corporate relocation, with some of his larger clients being The Boulder Medical Center, Rogue Wave software, Cable Television Labs., Level 3 Communications and Stoller Environmental.  Nick has also been at the leading edge of the downtown loft and condominium development. In 2000, he was the exclusive marketing agent for the Pearl St. Lofts.  Nick’s expertise covers all of Boulder County and the surrounding areas.

Nick is a father of two boys, and when not working he enjoys many of the outdoor activities which Colorado has to offer.
