As Executive Vice President of Wright Kingdom, Mary oversees strategic planning and works closely with the department directors to fulfill organizational needs. Mary's extensive background in education and agent development contributes to the success of our agents and ensures consistent growth in productivity and market share for Wright Kingdom.
Mary entered the real estate business in 1986, following a successful high school teaching and coaching career in Denver, CO, Michigan and Texas. She has been involved on both the local and state levels in the formation and implementation of industry policy and improvement for many years. Most recently, this volunteer service has been focused on risk reduction, promulgated forms improvement and legal issues.
Mary holds several professional designations, including the Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Certified Buyers’ Broker (CBR). She is a past real estate instructor for continuing education, as well as the NAR Course, “At Home with Diversity”, and has a passion for real estate education and coaching. She oversees the in-house Coaching and Professional Development Program for Wright Kingdom, developing a meaningful curriculum that enriches the talents of new and seasoned agents alike.
