John moved to Boulder from Menlo Park, CA in 1982. He has two grown children, David, also living in Boulder and Heidi, now living in Zurich, Switzerland. John has degrees in Physics from Carleton College and Iowa State University as well as an MBA degree from the University of California. After service in the Navy, John joined the Stanford Research Institute as a Consultant working with clients throughout the world. He subsequently formed his own consulting firm, SciCon Associates, Inc. based both in Menlo Park, CA and Boulder, CO.
Though John has retired from technical consulting with SciCon, he continues to pursue his love of working with people, but now as a Real Estate Consultant. To that end, he is totally committed to providing his clients with world-class service that is beyond their expectation. As a result his clients and friends refer their neighbors, business associates, family and acquaintances to him for trusted advice on buying or selling their homes.
John is an outdoor person who follows the seasons. He is an avid Alpine and Nordic skier during the winter and a cyclist, hiker and sailor during the rest of the year.
