Twenty-six years of Real Estate experience involving the following areas of work:
Land planning, financial planning, all phases of construction, construction supervision – new, remodels, and architectural design.
Bid negotiation, supervision, and installation of roads, bridges, and sewer and water utilities.
Land planning, subdivision price structuring, by-laws, covenants, association declarations of the South Meadow subdivision of ninety-five units and twenty-six units at Wellington Gardens.
Numerous limited partnerships and structuring of partnership agreements involving Real Estate investments, commercial leasing, management, sales, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
Gunbarrel Greens Architectural Committee - four years; Wellington Gardens Architectural Committee - three years, President - Pinebrook Hills Homeowner's Association - three years, Boulder Board of Realtors City Planning Committee - six years, Board of Directors – Meadows Club, Boulder Country Club - Swim and Tennis Committee.
Extensive work in contract law, Real Estate law, condominium law, adverse possession, easements, and water law involving municipal and domestic wells, water districts and ditch rights, mineral rights.
Commercial Sales, leasing, management, and remodling, member of DMCAR, CBB and COSTAR regional and national commercial data bases.
Management: I was the office manager for several years at Colorado Landmark a Sotheby’s Affiliate, and I also worked in the capacity as the Broker of record for the company for two years until my move to Wright-Kingdom Realtors.
Hobbies and interests: Sailing, skiing, photography, antiques, art, tennis - captain BCC 3.5 USTA team, Golf, fishing, flying, scuba diving, collecting and restoration of early time pieces, cars, fixing anything mechanical, travel, foreign languages - French, German and Spanish.
Other areas in which I have had extensive experience are: Residential: old historic properties, mountain properties - Pinebrook Hills and Sunshine Canyon; Farm and Ranch properties, and Gunbarrel Greens.
