What I like best about my career in real estate is that I can become really good at it. It's like a sport or art. Every day has new problems to solve, new people to meet and new adventures. Real estate is about people's homes, their families, their hopes and dreams...so it can be very satisfying and rewarding to help make the magic happen.
I have been working as a real estate broker in Boulder for 17 years. I published magazines from 1984 until 1991. Before 1984...well...I was a performing artist, advertising writer and world traveler.
I have lived in the same house on University Hill since 1988. I have a lovely wife, Susanna, who works at the University, and two beautiful children, Lauren and Kirk. Kirk my youngest, is 17 years old and he was born on our living room couch. Now, that's a story.
I first arrived in Boulder in 1972. I was attracted to the mountains, the university, the vibrant lifestyle, the incredible natural and wild beauty of the area. Boulder is where the mountains meet the plains.
I focus on Boulder County. I mostly sell Boulder real estate but I am comfortable with difficult mountain properties, rural residential properties, and vacant land.
