Biography:

A native of Iowa, Bruce has lived in the Boulder area since 1970. He moved to Boulder and entered the real estate profession immediately following his graduation from Iowa State University. Since the beginning of his career, he has specialized in the sales and marketing of homes as well as income and investment properties.

The father of 3 grown daughters, Bruce understands the needs of families in the area. His daughters attended schools in both school districts in Boulder County and over the years he has acquired a unique perspective on the different neighborhoods and services offered in Boulder County.

Bruce has been dedicated to his profession. His awards and accomplishments include:

Dedicated to his community as well as his family and career, Bruce has served as president of the Boulder Breakfast Optimist Club,President of the Presbyterian Manor Senior Housing and currently is a firefighter/EMT on the Hygiene volunteer Fire Department. Bruce and his wife, Liz, live in Lyons, Colorado, a small town just North of Boulder along the foothills.
