A native of Iowa, Bruce has lived in the Boulder area since 1970. He moved to Boulder and entered the real estate profession immediately following his graduation from Iowa State University. Since the beginning of his career, he has specialized in the sales and marketing of homes, but he is also proficient in the purchase and sales of income and investment properties.
The father of 3 grown daughters, Bruce understands the needs of families in the area. His daughters attended schools in both school districts in Boulder County and over the years he has acquired a unique perspective on the different neighborhoods and services offered in Boulder County.
Bruce has been dedicated to his profession. He holds two designations offered by the National Association of REALTORS, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist held by only 5% of REALTORS nationally) and the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute). Locally, he has been active in the Boulder Area REALTOR Association, having served on numerous committees over the years and being President of that association in 1988.
Dedicated to his community as well as his family and career, Bruce has served as president of the Boulder Breakfast Optimist Club,President of the Presbyterian Manor Senior Housing and currently is a firefighter/EMT on the Hygiene volunteer Fire Department.
