If you're looking to sell your home or investment, together we'll determine the right asking price to maximize your profits and and minimize your selling time. I'll help you understand the Boulder market, including what other homes are competing with yours, if it's a Buyers or Sellers market, and what the average time on the market is in your selected price range. I will help you negotiate the best price and terms and assist you all the way through closing.
I know the importance of relationships. I'll provide you with definitions of brokerage relationships approved by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. I'll write the contracts AND explain the terms, leaving no guess-work. I'll coordinate with other professionals involved with your purchase or sale.
