Biography:

Ann Fair grew up in the village of Proctor, Vermont. Her small town values have been the source of Ann's personal heartfelt commitment to her family, friends, clients and community.

Ann moved to Colorado from her home town in Vermont to attend the University of Denver and the University of Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1977, she worked in the field of early childhood education for several years. Her experiences included working in Jefferson County Public Schools and Boulder Valley Schools. 

In 1990,  Ann obtained her State of  Colorado Real Estate license. She has been an active full time real estate agent in the Boulder area since then.

Ann has been married to the love of her life, Chris, for 29 years. Chris is a pilot and has been a senior captain with Frontier Airlines for many years. They have two grown children, Jack,  23, and Kelly, 26. Jack is a student at Front Range Community College and Kelly will be a physician and will graduate from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver in May, 2010. She will begin her residency in surgery in June, 2010. 

In recent years Ann has developed a true appreciation of the active lifestyle offered in the Boulder area. Ann enjoys all kinds of exercise and outdoor activities including power lifting (!), biking and running, and skiing in the magnificent Colorado Rockies!

Ann serves the community as a volunteer for HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. She works in the Healing Circles program which enables children and teens to address grief in a safe, supportive environment. She is also a co-chair person for the Boulder Area Realtor Association program Smart Money/Smart Moves, a program dedicated to educating high school age students about the basics of credit and housing. Ann enjoys working with children in the community and providing support and education to help them grow, learn and pursue a quality future.

Ann is inspired daily by her work with helping people with the transitions in their lives when they sell and buy homes. 

Ann is always grateful for the gift of a new morning and new day in her life and she lives her life passion, enthusasm and a positive attitude!.
