The main floor master suite with office, library and huge master bath with separate walk-in closets are among our favorite features of this home. Cold weather and snow is no issue - we enjoy having a four-car heated garage - a bit decadent but we enjoy it! Somerset is a vibrant community with great access to the outdoor lifestyle that Boulder County offers. This lifestyle is enhanced by living where access to the extensive trail system is only three doors away! With more than 300 days of sunshine and a climate that facilitates outdoor activity all year long we like to get out as often as we can. Biking into Niwot takes less than 5 minutes (downhill) although it takes a little longer to bike back up! Walking into town for dinner, a yoga class or one of the many events allows is to enjoy the small-town charm of Niwot. Niwot boasts a dozen restaurants, three pizzerias and two breweries - pretty impressive for a small town! Strong schools are an important part of any community - Niwot has great public schools and many private school choices as well.
