Owner, Jules Lieb’s childhood revolved around food. Her father was the cook in her family and was known for creating interesting meals on the fly. Jules was also introduced to different ethnic cuisines from several housekeepers, southern cooking from her beloved Bessie, delicious Jewish recipes from the Ecksteins, and learning how to chop thinly sliced vegetables from the Chungs.
What started her journey to use fresh, organic ingredients was working for an iconic vegetarian restaurant called The Laughing Man. Working in this environment gave Jules inspiration for opening her own restaurant.
Morning Glory prides themselves on using only the best ingredients and change their menus seasonally to reflect that. They have gluten free and vegetarian options for everyone to enjoy!
