Yoga is a great way to strengthen your core and find your inner self. Here is a list of free yoga classes in Boulder County to help you become more zen.
Every Monday starting July 1st
Start every week on a relaxing note with a summer series of Monday evening yoga classes surrounded by the beauty of McIntosh Lake! These free one-hour classes are beginner-focused, but open to all levels. They will be located in the grassy area near the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Drake Street in Longmont facing the mountains. Make sure to bring your own yoga mat or towel and water.
August 10 and August 14 at 10am and 11am
Western Home Inspections is sponsoring a free, fun, and encouraging beginner level yoga class for kids 2-7. Kids will learn basic yoga poses to help create healthy energy, offer physical challenge, and inspire their imagination. Parents are welcome to join! Drinks and light breakfast options will be offered. Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in. A parent/ guardian must be present throughout the class. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting September 2
Start your day off right with a 7am sunrise yoga class in Boulder. They will be taking place at Civic Park near the north entrance of the Boulder Public Library. Be guided through a 45 minute asana class followed by 15 minutes of journaling. Click here for more information.
Weekly classes at prAna
prAna at the Pearl Street Mall offers free yoga classes every week. Classes each week will be different, but are open to all levels. Mats and props will be provided if needed.
