According to the Denver Business Journal, Denver property values have again increased by double digits over the past year, with no sign of leveling out. The projected median commercial property value in Denver increased 31 percent in 2018, up from 20 percent in 2017.
Appreciation in residential sectors was only slightly less aggressive. Adams and Arapahoe counties led the way with residential value increases of 24 and 22 percent respectively. Cities in Douglas and Jefferson counties were up as well: Broomfield jumped 20.4 percent, Westminster 17.2 percent, and Arvada 14.9 percent. Residential values in Boulder County were up 13 percent.
